Arnold Arboretum Boston Elopement
Liz and John have their big wedding planned for Costa Rica this coming winter, but with a special family member unable to travel there they opted to elope in Harvard’s Arnold Arboretum to ensure their loved ones could be present. After meeting John at the entrance to the park we had the couple’s first look in a quiet area before taking portraits and heading off to their very emotional and beautiful ceremony where the couple wrote their own wedding vows.
The day was still and perfectly cloudy with little peeps of fall foliage beginning in the city of Boston. The skyline was in clear site on Peter’s Hill while Liz and John shed tears and said I do. After we walked to the cutest neighborhood bar for cocktails and a toast while Liz changed into a less formal reception dress for cocktails and dinner.
