Martha's Vineyard Elopement

Jai grew up on Martha’s Vineyard so it made sense for him and Courtney to want to elope in special place like this together with their closest family members. The couple wanted a relaxed, fun, and intimate day that true felt like them.

As they were getting ready at the Duck Inn pizza arrived and everyone dug right in. The rain from the morning cleared out to the point where there was an on and off drizzle, but we could feel the warmth of the spring sunshine peeping through the clouds. Courtney put on her adorable tea length dress and veil meeting Jai outside for their first look. They laughed so hard, but immediately felt comfort looking into each other’s eyes. Courtney enjoyed twirling around in her dress, while Jai had quite possibly the coolest jacket we have ever seen a groom wear.

After the ceremony is was time for cake, champagne, and photos on the beach with MORE pizza! We were in a quick walking distance of the most beautiful spot on the island, Aquinnah Cliffs. Well, we thought it was quick as we walked a few miles on the beach. There wasn’t much of a sunset to this day, but nonetheless the stormy weather made the day even more beautiful in our opinion!
